The actress is said to have died after collapsing earlier
today. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
A family source says 'She was in coma and eventually gave
up the ghost, she's actually been battling diabetics for a
while now cause her sugar level keeps fluctuating'.
Henrietta is wife of legendary actor Jide Kosoko, who is
pictured alongside her above. She celebrated her birthday
last week.
