The long awaited SES form for 2014/2015 is finally out. The management of Auchi polytechnic, don finally approve the form to designated banks to sell the Scratch card@ N13,000, bank commission N500, all together N13,500, una fit get the form at Zenith bank for only Auchi, as the form go last from now, till next year january.
