All Candidates Offered Provisional Admission for the 2016/2017 Academic session in Programmes other than the Course of their Choice are Advised to Complete Change of Course Form ONLINE to Regularize their Registration with the Department.
'' This is simply for those Candidates offered Admission in the Department they didn't Apply for.
E.g you Applied for SLT but you were now admitted in Food Technology''

Candidates who where offered Provisional Admission but where unable to be CLEARED as A result of deficiency in their Entry Requirements are advised to Complete the Change of Course Form ONLINE to the New Departments of their Choice for which they are qualified.
'' This are for those Candidates who were offered Admission in Departments dat their O'level/SSCE Result didn't Qualify them to, E.g You applied for MASSCOM, you dnt hv Literature BUT you need Literature, you're nw recquired to Purchase the Change of Course and Apply for the Department dat doesn't need LITERATURE so dat u can be Cleared''
METHOD OF APPLICATION.
(1) visit Remita(RRR) net/website.
* Select Auchi Polytechnic.
* Select Refund..
* General Invoice for three thousand naira(#3000)
(2) Proceed to any of the Underlisted Banks to make payment for the Change of Course Fee.
(a) UBA Bank. (b) Fidelity Bank (c) SKYE bank.
(3) Proceed to the bursary Department for verification of payment.
(4) Bring the confirmed receipt to Management Information System(MIS) to effect the Change of Course.
NOTE; Change of Course link on the Polytechnic's portal will be disabled with effect from 31st january 2017.
